Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of stillflight.life and any print you buy from Still Flight, a bird photography studio run by Jacob Ginn in Maryland, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Photographs and copyright

Every photograph on this site is the work of Jacob Ginn and is protected by copyright. Buying a print gives you the physical print for personal display. It does not transfer copyright or give you the right to copy, scan, resell, or use the image commercially. Please don't download or reuse the images without written permission.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay; sales tax is calculated at payment where it applies.
• Prints are made to order by our print partner and ship within the United States only.
• Each order is reviewed by hand before printing. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a print is no longer available or a price was shown in error) and will refund you in full if we do.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Colour and appearance

Screens vary, so a print's colours may look slightly different from what you see online. That's normal and isn't considered a defect.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
