Still Flight collects only what it needs to fulfil your order and answer your messages. We don't sell your information, and there are no accounts to sign up for.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email, and shipping address, plus what you ordered.
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
• Messages: the name, email, and message you send through the contact form.
• Your cart: stored only in your own browser until you check out.

How we use it

• To make, ship, and support your order, and to email you confirmations and shipping updates.
• To reply to your messages.
• To calculate sales tax and keep the records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop:

• Stripe — payment processing and sales tax.
• Prodigi — our print partner, who receives your name and shipping address to print and deliver your order.
• Resend — sends our order and contact emails.
• Our website hosting and database providers, which store order records securely.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to seven years). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information at any time, subject to records we're legally required to keep. Email orders@stillflight.life or use the contact form.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
